Repair of Leakage, touch up and sliding door installation

Looking for a contractor for the following works:

1. Repair of roof leakage and touch up of plaster ceiling paint in kitchen
2. Repair of leak on porch wall and touch up the paint
3. Touch up of exterior paint
4. Supply and installation of bifold sliding door to bathroom

Looking for at least 3 months warranty for workmanship
Aluminium door needs to have longer warranty
